Customer Charter - our promise to you
OPEN PRICING POLICY
At Cavendish Health Care we have a transparent pricing policy and you will find guide prices on this site for our entire product range and we are happy to offer further advice and information on prices over the phone.
Unlike many companies advertising chairs and beds in national newspapers and online we do not hide our prices or indeed promote dubious offers such as “50% off” or “Buy a Chair and get one free” just to get you to catch your attention.
We do however offer the best quality “made to measure” products on the market, expert advice, excellent value and after-sales support. And yes, we do offer good genuine discounts if you buy additional products at the same time.
Whilst we offer a comprehensive range to suit most pockets, most of our customers appreciate that “you get what you pay for” and choose one of our British made chairs which offer superior levels of quality, comfort and postural support.
Also the recline mechanism and motors of our British chairs have a minimum of 5 Years warranty, which in addition to our Devon showroom’s repair and service centre will guarantee you complete peace of mind.
